Q.  What are the types of coverage under the insurance policy?
      Fire, lightning, storm, flood, earthquake, explosion, aircraft damage, malicious or impact damage and  burglary.

Q.  What is the minimum insurance coverage and the monthly premium?
      For personal and business storage, the minimum insurance coverage is RM1,000.00 and the monthly premium is only RM5.00. For mini
      warehouse, the minimum insurance coverage is RM5,000.00 and the monthly premium is RM25.00. However, it is always prudent to
      insure up to the estimated value of the goods stored at the facility such that in the event of any unforeseen damage or loss,
      you will not suffer financially.

Q.   When does the insurance coverage take effect?
       The insurance coverage takes effect after the 3S Insurance Program Application Form is signed and the premium is paid.

Q.   When does the insurance coverage end?
      The insurance coverage ends when the Storage License Agreement is terminated or when the 3S Insurance Program expires,  
      whichever is earlier.

Q.  What types of goods are eligible for coverage?
      Almost any goods or property a customer stores is eligible for coverage. However, certain items are excluded and are not   
      insurable under the policy. Examples of the exclusions are items such as documents of any kind, tobacco, currency, deeds,
      securities, money, notes, jewellery, watches, precious or semi-precious stones, and motor vehicles.

Q.  If I rent more than one storage unit, do I need to get a separate insurance for the additional unit?
      Yes, one insurance policy is needed for each storage unit. If you are renting two units, you need to purchase two separate insurance 
      policies. That means two 3S Insurance Program Application Forms must be completed.

Rent a Mail Box

 Are you someone who needs privacy and security for your mail? Then, renting a Mail Box is the right solution for you.

   There are many benefits in having a Mail Box:

Your Mail Box is private. We don't disclose to others that you have a Mail Box. There will not be any disruption to your mail service when you relocate to a new place. A Mail Box with a street address shows a long term business operation plus it provides a professional appearance. Customers or vendors will not show up at your house if you are a business owner. They can meet you at our facility. When you are away on a long vacation or business trip, your mail is kept safe      and secure in the Mail Box until you are ready to collect it.

 Mail includes letters and parcels. Over sized parcels shall be received and kept safely in the office for your collection.

Mini Warehouse

Unlike traditional warehouses, mini warehouses are designed for small business enterprises or e-commerce start-ups that look for storage space solutions with flexible storage period and simple storage license agreement. They are also ideal for anyone who wants to use them as a mini office/warehouse or a workshop/showroom. Private collectors, hobbyists and individuals who require a larger storage will also find mini warehouses ideal for their needs.

3S mini warehouses range in size from 200 sq ft to 1140 sq ft with ceiling height between 12.5 ft and 14.5 ft. They are all fitted with lightings, power points and fans. They can be easily and quickly converted into air-condition storage should this be needed.

Some of the 3S mini warehouses directly face the road front, and are designed with elevated floor for easy truck loading and unloading. You can just drive right up to your unit.
